Mistrzostwa Europy we Lwowie

Konrad Kaczmarkiewicz, zawodnik Wejherowskiego Klubu Bokserskiego „Gryf” wziął udział w rozgrywanych we Lwowie Mistrzostwach Europy.

Konrad jest pierwszym w historii miasta zawodnikiem, który reprezentował Wejherowa na imprezie tej rangi. Wejherowainin stoczył dwa pojedynki, w tym walkę z Gruzinem, który niestety wyeliminował wejherowianina z rywalizacji o medal.

Reprezentacja Polski na tych mistrzostwach wywalczyła medal. Jest to medal po czterech latach przerwy.
